Based on Ayurvedic medicine, this tea helps keeps you in balance. Aromatic cardamom, licorice, coriander, fennel, ginger root, and rose petal mix for a delightful yogic experience.

Brewing Instructions

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz water at 208o. Infuse at least 5 minutes, up to 10 min. Decant.
