Return/Exchange Policy

PRICING POLICIES

 TeaLula offers quality merchandise at fair, competitive boutique prices. In general, website prices will reflect store prices. However, there may be some exceptions. Prices and sales are subject to change without notice. TeaLula does not make price adjustments on sale or clearance merchandise.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unopened tea, undamaged or defective merchandise. We'll gladly exchange your return for another product; or, if you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. TeaLula.com can only except returns and exchanges via mail. All manufacturer and store tags must be attached to items in original box(es). Returns on regular priced merchandise are accepted up to 14 days from merchandise receipt date. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued. An exception is made during the holiday season-just let us know if items are holiday gifts. Sale merchandise and items reduced 50% are eligible for store credit only.

For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original packing slip and store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be credited for the price paid. We will apply any credit upon receipt of the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Standard Shipping based on merchandise total and your return no longer qualifies for the Free Standard Shipping, a flat rate of $11.95 will be deducted from the total. Express shipping charges are not refundable.

For exchanges: Call us or email us right away so we can secure and hold the new merchandise for you. Include your packing slip and receipt along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your package.

Easy exchange: Return merchandise with the original packing slip and receipt to the address below. You may reserve your new merchandise by calling 1-(847) 823-8327 or send an e-mail to sduda@tealula.com. In-stock items will be shipped at no charge for standard shipping and handling.
