Taiwan

Taiwan (formerly known in the tea trade as "Formosa") currently produces some of the world's best oolongs in styles ranging from very green to almost black. The most esteemed ones are grown high in the mountains and named after the peaks, such as "Tung Ting" or "Li Shan."
